I only received half of what I ordered(in 1 box). There should have been 2 boxes instead of one! The delivered box was labelled 1 of 1 from Beerhunter. The carrier only registered 1 box was sent, and agreed with me. The response from Beerhunter was poor. They had no reasonable phone number with a person there, or a person responding. Customer service was poor, especially by American standards. My complaint involved 32 e-mails, plus phone calls, and DFD contact by me. I can not afford to give money away. Never again!

I liked the range of products and the recipient of the gift I chose was very happy with it.
It was only marred by the crappy DPD delivery service. I changed my plans to wait in for the delivery, I was sitting just metres from my front door, when the parcel was scheduled to arrive only to receive an email to say they had tried to deliver it and had dropped it at the local Co-op instead, so I then had to go and pick it up. Really annoying and I am afraid would put me off using this company again.

Never arrived. Still waiting for response from 3 emails. Took money. No refund. No beer. Youconstantly reply on social sites saying no record. I have resent the order nunber and your confimation email back to you over and over again. Can you reply to my emails that i send to cs @ beerhunter.co.uk rather than just on social channels? Please deal with your order rather than lie. I have started a claim with trading standards. Avoid them at ALL costs.
