Have used before but disappointing experience this time. Dpd failed to deliver the entire order initially meaning I had to spend money unnecessarily for our party. When the remaining product was finally delivered it was short and I didn't receive any response to my follow up email.

Ordered on 13th December for a Christmas present and failed to deliver in this time frame. Not good enough when companies have to up their game to compete with Amazon etc. Don’t trust this company if you’re considering sending as a gift.

Despite myself leaving it late to order for Christmas Beerhunter delivered extra quick and I had my delivery on the 23rd.

Made quite a large order on the 12th of December for a Christmas gift. Their website delivery mentions that during this period delivery might take up to 10 days from ordering.
Asked for an update about dispatch since their website added a banner about all orders before the 18th of December would be dispatched before Christmas. The customer service team took a few days to get back to me with a generic response of busyness with orders and would dispatch ASAP.
On the 23rd of December I received another very generic email to tell me that the items I ordered were out of stock and they would issue a refund.
Extremely poor communication and customer service. Update your website to mention low / no stock or at least have better customer service to notify me sooner of no availability, so I could have attempted to order from elsewhere.
I had to email them 3 times asking for my refund to be sent through to PayPal which I only received today (7 days later) no follow up from customer service either apologising for delay
