We signed a contract with Ecom Fortress on 09/18/24, expecting professional management of our Amazon FBA store. Unfortunately, Ethan, the owner, has consistently overpromised and underdelivered. Despite opening our store in November, he has yet to send any products. Last month, we received a notice that our account would be deactivated due to inactivity. I reached out via voicemail and text—no response. Now, our account has been deactivated entirely due to his inaction.

Ethan also promised proof of purchase for products and an assigned account manager back in December and January—neither has happened. If you're considering Ecom Fortress, proceed with caution.
