You will like this review - at the end I will review the moral of the story ;) Do yourself a favor, if you are going to pay someone to make your website, make sure they understand marketing.

The gentleman answered the phone. Didn't mention the business name, didn't sound interested and was rude. Very poor customer service. I asked if they were based in Adelaide and he told me to go find the information on the website myself. He was possibly having a bad day. I questioned why he didn't answer the phone with the business name - he said "I should know who I am calling".

Moral of the story - If the business can't market themselves, don't let them market you!

Also these website don't appear to have a decent site map or thorough SEO optimisation or landing pages. I have a suspicion these cheap and nasty sites are made overseas at cheap rates.

Anyway - gave me a laugh. Hopefully that guy's day gets better :)
