Ik bestelde een Marantz CD6007 die volgens de website binnen de 4 tot 15 werkdagen geleverd zou worden. Ik verloor de tijd uit het oog en plots waren we 15 dagen verder zonder bericht over de levering. Ik nam contact op met de klantenservice en kreeg binnen de 30 minuten een antwoord dat het item helaas pas tegen eind februari weer binnen werd verwacht en dat ze mij 10% korting wilden geven als ik nog wou wachten. Dit heb ik gedaan, ondertussen (22/02) is de cd-speler correct geleverd. Zeer tevreden!

Great service, delivery and product quality delivered (bought ELAC Debut B6.3 speakers). Order acknowledge was slow - over 9-10 days before shipping the product. Nonetheless customer service was reactive once contacted over mail.

I have no idea about the product, as after waiting over 5 weeks for the item I had paid for and which this company claimed was in stock, I cancelled my order as the company had not told the truth about having stock, and when I asked, they had no clue about when or if they would have stock in the future. In the intervening 6 weeks, their website has kept up the false claim that they will be able to deliver this item in a range of 4 to 15 days, which I think is in breach of EU consumer law. In all the time I waited, not once did the company contact me to say my order would be delayed, why my order was delayed, or even to apologise. I cannot imagine why such an unprofessional outfit remains in business. The only good thing is that when I cancelled my order, I got my money back in 24 hours. Not an experience I would recommend to anyone.
