The Deputy Manager saw my wife and I on our first visit where I ordered varifocals after selecting a frame. We returned a few weeks later to collect the glasses and have them adjusted. We again saw the same person and were very happy with the professionalism and friendliness of her. On this visit my wife selected a frame and ordered a pair for herself.
