I’m not one to jump on the bandwagon but !!!!
I’m pretty new to this company about 2 yrs now, I came here because I used Ampulla for my stock and their service and attitude stank. So knowing that, imagine my frame of mind when exactly the same happened here but considerably worse.
There ends the story I hope.
The reason is simple, For some reason I stuck with them and I am the first to admit that in the last 12 mths I have had no issues at all with ordering or receiving so much so, I can’t comment on Customer Service because I have had no reason to speak with them and surely that is the way we like it?
Browse, select, order, pay, receive. The perfect outcome, no stress and can concentrate on the job in hand no more scared to take orders incase the items don’t arrive and you can’t meet orders.
10/10 I hope this is the new way forward for these guys. Keep on improving

I've used this compnay for a number of years without any problems, however the last 12 months items have been arriving damaged and badly packed, products different to what is described online, poor customer service, problems with new website and items out of stock although available online.
Not sure if they have had a take over or down to lack of enthusiasm.
It's a shane

"Awful customer service"

Awful customer service, been told I can’t buy products that are not on stock so made an order on the 22nd on the website, thinking they will have in stock everything that was available to buy, just to receive and email saying one of the jars was out of stock until the 30th and they needed me to confirm I was ok with the wait. I replied asking if the other jar was available already as the only delivery option is next day delivery. No reply until 3 days after with no information, today, 30th no news of my order and emailed them again and had no response.

I am very happy with the new and improved website, user friendly, easy to navigate around the site and great service.

"bad customer service"

We have used this company for a number of years but the last year the customer service has become dreadful. They don't call.when they say they will, website is dreadful to navigate and now our order we arranged to collect has been repackaged and given to someone else.

"Poor customer service dont reply to emails"

I wanted to place an order with these guys but figured Id better ask that the item was in stock first since the item had "Sorry, the full amount is not in stock" but the add to cart button was still active.

I emailed asking if they had the item in stock in the quantity I required 3 times!!!! NO REPLY!

There is no excuse for poor customer service - you might as well just shut up shop now if this is how you treat potential customers
