It done what it said in the ad. Around 20 percent gain in strength. That's what it done. I didn't lose the strength when I ran out either. This was the heavyweight 11 product. I'm looking forward to trying the XXX though it's a good bit more expensive than heavyweight 11 I'm thinking it will be awesome!!

What I must say though… being an experienced gym person I have to say this product made no difference in terms of energy, size or indeed muscle building. I was quite disappointed especially with the price of the product. Would not buy again and wouldn’t recommend.
