"Die Ware"

Die Ware, welche ich bestellt habe war weder Zollfrei noch versteuert. Ich habe somit zusätzlich 126 Euro MwSt und Zoll bezahlen müssen.
Die gelieferten Waren sind vom Schnitt und Stil wie erwartet, allerdings "Made in China" mit losen Strickfäden an den Nähten und sie stanken furchtbar nach Maschinenöl...Da die gekauften Pullover nur chemisch gereinigt werden sollen, nicht cool..Somit hatte ich zwei Möglichkeiten : entweder erneut Geld ausgeben für die chemische Reinigung oder in der Maschine "Wolle". Ich entschied mich für Maschine und selbst...Es brauchte vier Waschen um den penetrant Gestank aus der Wolle zu bekommen. Der Verkäufer teilte mir auf Nachfrage mit, es sei alles ok mit den Pullovern und ich soll sie in die Reinigung geben...Warum wird mir Ware geschickt, die ich bei Erhalt erstmal in die Reinigung bringen soll!? Fazit: Die gelieferte Ware ist vom Stil toll, die Qualität, wenn ich den Original Preis bezahlt hätte, eher schlecht. Durch Zoll und MwSt. ist der Preis aber zu hoch , für Produkte in mässiger Qualität. Kommunikation bis zum Kauf war ok. Ich kann noch nicht sagen ob ich dort erneut bestelle.
