The initial contact was made via WhatsApp, and booking an appointment was incredibly easy. The support team is very dedicated and helps with any issues or requests. As mentioned, the service is fast and professional. I’m impressed and can highly recommend it.

It was a very easy process. The website let me choose which doctor I wanted, each with different levels of experience. The websites customer service agent(s) also recommend the doctors that are best for you, your location, and condition. When I chose my doctor, I filled in what I was there for and we set up an appointment.

We began the online appointment and it only took about 5-10 minutes. The doctor sent me an e-prescription for my condition about 10 minutes after the call ended. I printed it out and went to the pharmacy to fill it the same night.

Thanks to Annie. Saw Dr Zaheer Ahmed. Love this online service. Service is excellent. Fast response and check up with you throughout consultation to make sure everything is fine. It's awesome to be able to see doctor via video without having to leave your house. Highly recommend.

It was a blind shot trying this service. Online consultancy works in my home country but I was not sure if it will also in Armenia. I was positively surprised by the process of connecting me to a local doctor who actually helped me and gave advices how to handle my sickness. I am grateful for the operator who proactively contacted me to guide me through the process. When I missed the scheduled appointment, she called me and made sure I connect with doctor and all works. And also no issues with prescription in pharmacy.
