"Filthy"

The bus on Friday, May 8 at 8:30pm was filthy. There was trash all over the floor and seats to the point that I could not sit in some areas because of the amount of trash. I have been a passionate Vamoose customer since 2007 and have not seen something like this before. Not to mention the fact he was blasting music before departure and did not turn on the optional individual lights until someone asked. Very odd. I may try another service moving forward if I do not see an improvement.

I wish the seats were larger. I also would like more travel times past 5pm.

Easy to book , easy to cancel, easy to get to and if you get enough vouchers you get a free one way ride. The service is also top notch. Friendly accommodating staff. While departing NYC they handed out roses to all mothers. Something they didn't have to do but chose to anyway which is just amazing.

I had to change my reservation very last minute and the woman who I spoke with on the phone was polite, kind, and was able to take care of everything for me. I also appreciate that buses are clean, staff is organized, and that trips leave on time!
