Always like to support good business when I can yet the customer service leaves an undesirable taste from this specific loyal customer's perspective. In July I initially signed up for a subscription to the mineral toothtablet refil pack only to find out recently that the Manage your Subscription link attached to that specific order can't be managed by the customer at all. I want to cancel this reoccurring subscription yet I don't have the power to do so. So far the Georganic team has ignored my email I made regarding this matter hence this authentic and honest up feedback review update. I still like to cancel my subscription of over GBP 20.00.

"Mouthwash guaranteed to turn everything it touches black"
The folks at Georganics clearly have never tried their products before selling them. If they had, they might have noticed that their Charcoal Mouthwash tablets leave a residue all over glasses, sinks, any surface they touch that cannot be removed even in the dishwasher. When I contacted the company, their response is that many people like this product. I guess they have found customers who wanted to repaint their white sinks black and decorate their clear glasseware with stripes. Never mind that this product does nothing for oral health. I tried it because I wanted to avoid plastic but their product and their customer "service" was enough to make me re-think my aversion to Listerine.

"Much improved service"
Prompt, efficient and helpful customer service. Two years ago the service was not very helpful. Now it has changed. I had a problem with my sonic toothbrush bought 2 years ago. Sarah, the Operations Manager, was very attentive and sent me a new toothbrush. there had been problems in the past, as other reviews mentioned. Hopefully the product is now as good as the customer service.

"Good quality, attentive customer service"
Good quality. Had my sonic toothbrush for the last 18 months or so and it's still going strong. My partner has also had one for a year - we're both very pleased.
Last week I made an order for replacement toothbrush heads and was accidentally sent less boxes than I had ordered, but I emailed Support and the Ops Manager Sarah responded to me the next day - she apologised and confirmed they're sending the missing boxes :)
I will say that the dental floss is not good, won't be bothering with that again until they change the way it's made.

"Toothbrush broke but replacement being sent out"
Had a really bad experience with the customer service. My sonic toothbrush broke suddenly, and the customer service representatives were really helpful with quick response times. That is, until it came time to send out the replacement toothbrush they promised. Then they stopped replying all together. However after a few prompts and follow up emails they replied and have organised a replacement to be sent out for free

"Not a trustworthy experience"
I had EXACTLY the same issue as the person below. I bought the sonic toothbrush as a 'greener' alternative to other toothbrushes but it didn't even last a year before it stopped working. It wouldn't turn on and then in the middle of the night it would go mental, waking everyone up. There was very clearly a manufacturing problem, which they admitted to and said I would be sent a replacement which was the new design and without fault. Now they've stopped replying and the customer service has been utterly terrible. It wasn't a cheap toothbrush and it didn't last even half the time of other ones I've had. The customer service has made me feel like I'm going mad, and I am very very hesitant to complain usually.

I bought the sonic toothbrush that I was very happy with, then 4 months after warranty ran out, it became incredibly hard to push the button on. I contacted them and they said that they had a faulty batch and I would get a replacement in October/November. Nothing arrived by early December so I contacted them and they said my toothbrush was not part of a faulty batch but I could have half price off a new toothbrush. I was very disappointed that they didn’t contact me to let me know that they had gave me erroneous information and also that there was clearly something wrong with my toothbrush as a lot of reviews have said their toothbrush lasts for years. I did post this review on their website, but as yet, it has not appeared.

"Dental Floss"
I have been with Georganics for a few years with their dental floss. Because it’s a glass refilled system & the different flosses are very good quality especially the charcoal ones. So I bought a lot with refills to give to friends, family & myself. I keep recommending to everyone. It was really very good products.
I saw they have a discount offer so I bought more knowing that they changed the new refills size so they can’t be put in the old bottles which is not really environmental friendly.
I ordered 3 bottles & 4 refills of charcoal ones. When I got them, I was surprised how big & clumsy the bottles are & instead of the original black colour , it’s a light grey colour & like a normal sewing thread.
When I floss my teeth, it is so fragile, it just breaks & stuck between my teeth. I need to use the old one to get it out!
Don’t understand the reason why they have such a good product & change to a lousy rubbish one!
Very very disappointed!

"Horrible low-quality new floss and hypocrisy"
I used to love the black floss, I cannot believe Georganics updated the floss formula for making such a horrible low-quality product. It breaks and leaves strands between the teeth!!! However, this is not the worse, they update also the tube, making it impossible to reuse the older jar, so you need to buy a new one. The reason why I started to use this product was that I want to reduce the amount of rubbish I produce, and I thought this was also one of the aims of this company, I was wrong, they care only about the profit, using fake green-marketing to sell their products.

"Disappointing floss"
I had to throw away the floss as it constantly breaks and leaves bits between my teeth. Very disappointing. It also looks like no one from Georganics is addressing this general concern in responses to reviews which makes me think they are doing nothing about it. Won't purchase again.
