"Wanted to love it but was a bit disappointed"

I support Overherd's aim to reduce waste and carbon emissions and the oat milk powder is ok - I find I need more than the stated amount to get a nice creaminess though, and there is a slightly strange aftertaste (my partner doesn't mind it, I am not a fan). I also think the claims that it is cheaper than other oat milks are false. The FAQs state that it is £1.34 per litre - I don't know how this is calculated, I have been charged £13.98 for my subscription which works out at £1.75 per litre - actually more, given I need more of the powder. At that pricepoint it is no longer competitive with other oat milk brands. I would also love an alternative packaging to be available given the issues with recycling soft plastic packaging. Finally, we find the glass bottle drips copiously every time we use it, which makes a mess and is also wasteful.

I used to buy my oat milk from the supermarket in cartons. They were heavy and nor very environmentally friendly. Then I discovered Overheard out milk in powder form. No more non-recyclable bulk cartons, just add water for great tasting oat milk delivered to my home regularly. Overheard is simply brilliant!

"Gluten free and delicious"

I bought this initially as something to take out in the car as I've been caught out too many times with cafes and restaurants round here not having any plant milk which is gluten free. Overherd is perfect for this. Ended up using it made up at home as well, it's delicious and creamy. Also very useful as I can leave some round at my MILs house for when we visit, much better than a carton which goes off quickly.

Small gripes are that it's hard to tip it into the bottle using the scoop as the neck seems slightly too narrow, I always end up spilling a little. It was also easier to shake it up and dissolve in the bottle once I added a metal mixer ball from a protein shake bottle. Only small gripes though for a really useful and delicious product!

"Amazing product"

I'm so pleased I found Overherd. I've been looking for a milk alternative for years. The benefits of this is i mix up as much as I need in a day.
It mixes perfectly in hot and cold liquid, it can be used dry as a powdered ingredient or straight in your coffee. Gluten free, vegan and minimal waste. I've gone from using 5 tetrapaks of soy/oat milk per week to zero.
It's creamy flavour is lovely in drinks, on cereal, in cooking etc. Thank you Overherd, maybe seems a little expensive but it pays for itself in lack of waste of product and packaging. Love it 😀

"A good product delivered reliably"

A good product delivered reliably. Tastes good. There is a bit of a knack to shaking.
I have to use a plastic filter to tip the powder into the bottle without spilling it as the measuring spoon won't fit into the neck of the bottle - hope the newly designed bottles will have a wider neck.
Advertising and marketing blurb is a matter of taste but personally I think its a pity Overherd have gone for the rather overdone attempts at (dare I say juvenile) humour used by some of their tetrapak competitors. I find it off-putting. I am less likely to buy a product if I think it is all marketing and no substance.
This product is good enough to sell itself with factual information.

"Really pleased with this "

I really like the taste of this. It is slightly coconutty in my opinion - does contain coconut MCT - but it’s great in tea, doesn’t separate, lasts well in the fridge, no tetrapak to take to the recycling centre and works out pretty equitable price wise per litre. The only slight thing is the outer part of the lid on the glass bottles separated so needed gluing back down. One of the bottles smashed as I picked up from the lid and the bottle slid out of the outer casing. Otherwise it’s great stuff and I will continue to subscribe
