"This is my first time giving a review…"

This is my first time giving a review which is the service is very slow. I book a ticket for the first time for the economy. They said need to wait 20 to 30 minutes. After 3 hours no one bothered to call for my booking. Until I decided to call them. They said to wait until 30 minutes again until the next day still I'm waiting From them. And I decided to call them again and they ask me to pay an extra of £200 to get my itinerary. And I call them again to ask how many kilos were included in my baggage they said they would check. On my iterinary, it doesn't say how many kilos on baggage or even hand carry.. And still I have no idea when they will contact me again. This is so stressful!!
