First time using them as they were cheaper than the market. Good set up process however I quickly realised why they were the cheapest.

Before purchasing (day 1 dungeon on constest) I specifically asked their chat if they had teams available or if they were all too busy but was told teams were ready to start straight away, this was the first lie.

I placed the order and waited and waited. It eventually went past the 24 hour mark so I asked for a refund. I was told they could change it to 48 hours as I would still get the same rewards and they would give me €15 credit. I reluctantly agreed, again I waited and someone was finally assigned to my order 7 hours later (1am my time), I replied back within 45 minutes even though I was sleeping and got no reply from the booster. The booster finally got back to me 10 hours later and when I continually asked if they would start or take details they didn’t reply. This went on for 5 hours when I was finally contacted by support of discord to say they could not complete. I told them I thought that was the case, was understanding as I know they would have been busy and asked for a refund.

At this point I was told I would only get 80% back as they had provided a booster and I was the one holding this up! Are you crazy! I done everything possible to speed this up and feel they just assigned someone even though they had no intention on completing just to keep 20% of my money.

At what point do Getboost sit back and think on we should have done better here.

Stay clear, if it’s not something simple or they if they are too busy you will end up in the same situation and they will scam you out of your money.

Edit: Changes this from 1 star to 3 since support finally agreed to give me a full refund, so at least support finally treated the customer correct. Didn’t give more stars as you should be careful with taking day 1 orders if you don’t have enough teams to fulfil them. I could have bought this elsewhere but ended up missing out.

By Far the worst experience i've had with boosters.
The support was amazing, but the boosters quality was so, but so questionable. Next time make sure to get some EUW boosters, instead of players of other servers. Nothing wrong with them, but the reality is so different. I will not purchase here anymore.
