Account setup was quick and the order of filler and sculptra was order was processed and shipped from directderma by basically the same day. Products received well packaged but there was a slight delay with shipment but fault was on DHL. Great customer service- had an issue and they are very quick to respond on email. Would definitely recommend.

The product had an estimated arrival time, but it came way too early, which would be usually be good, but in this case I was not at home, and so the package had to be stored at the post office in Hungary which took me a while to retrieve.
