Completed my zoology certificate whilst studying vce and animal science at tafe thoroughly enjoyed doing this course as it help give me a bit more of a insight of what I want to do after finishing school,would thoroughly recommend anyone with a passion for animals and animal conservation to give this course a look. I found the process easy to navigate from the beginning. Daniel was great with helping my to sort my payment plan with my employer and communication from him was excellent. Enrolment was easy. Kirsty was extremely helpful in setting me up with the portal and great at explaining the way to navigate through modules and exams. Also helpful in explaining the tutor support.

"Great so far..."

This is a four star review because although the sales team are fantastic and it doesn't feel like they're trying to sell you something, once you've signed up the communication from the sales person stops. This is disappointing as the sales staff I had did not follow through on an email that she said she would. Although I have been able to purchase my own camera it would not be easy for someone who is not well versed in purchasing a camera, and trying to find out which camera is required is a pain as well.

Ultimately though, the sales person was fantastic and until I had formally signed up was willing and able to answer every question I had. The course information, so far, is clear, concise and easy to access. They also have a person go through the dashboard and site with you over the phone. It is a web page that is easy to follow, easy to find what you need and one that all training organisations should use as a basis for their training platforms.
