They cancelled my Booking #2105424, with the false reason of MSC not accepting salvage cars shipped in a container to Beirut Lebanon, it's a week and I have not received my refund. I have sent emails twice to MAURICIO and no responds. I have called him and no responds. Be careful with them, they are not genuine

The biggest mistake of my life was choosing this company. They gave me a quote of 11630 Euros to import 2 x 40ft HC containers from China to Barcelona and now 2 months later I have an invoice for 47000 Euros. They keep sending new invoices every day. I am taking them to court. Stay away from this company.

I work in sales and have to calculate international freight from time to time. This site is great for that, especially if you have import/export locations and all the details of what you're shipping. As a salesman, I understand following leads... but geez, do they spam you with emails. I hate leaving people unanswered because I hate when it happens to me. But I also understand after two emails with no response, they probably aren't interested in what I have to offer.

TL;DR: Don't provide you're real phone # or email when creating an account.

To top it off, their representatives were rude to me, unknowledgeable, and incapable of following the simplest instructions.
