Dyson bikes were excellent to deal with, they communicated really well and the bicycle was delivered promptly and in great condition. I use my bike as a daily rider back and forth to work. I've had it nearly two years and all it needs is a service and perhaps a new chain. On the downside, the bikes seat has collapsed on one side, so I'll have to get a new one soon. But overall both the Dyson and the Dyson team have been outstanding. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a well built dependable e bike.
