"Unprofessional sloppy work"

Appeared really helpful to begin with. But when he Botched the measuring, and fitting of a bespoke plate for our stove, then refused to fix it. Now left with a massive gap at one side of the chimney and half sealed finish where the plate was clearly cut wrong. Sloppy finish and very messy in his work. Really unprofessional and now refusing to answer correspondence.
