I received my initial order in time, but was unfortunately sent the wrong colour. I contacted the company and they very quickly rectified this and sent out a replacement order with express delivery. I'm very impressed at their level of customer service and will be purchasing from their company in the future.

Disgusting items and customer service. Ordered 45 halo head bands for a kids dance comp they came nothing like the picture. Sparse as anything!! I had an email back after says to say I could send them back unfortunately we needed them as it took that long for a reply. Not happy at all. Don’t anybody order them from here

I ordered two items, they didn't turn up within the five day delivery window due to royal mail. I contacted the company and they called me the next morning and sent out replacement items for next day delivery via a private delivery service. This was all done with no extra charge.
