"Poor service"

Hi,

My experience is the same as the December review, poor.

Booked a test drive/hire in 4 days, but no one will respond to me to confirm if it is going ahead or not. Having made at least 8 calls and an email I assume its not going ahead.

Requested lease prices, did actually manage to speak with someone, (asked about test drive he didn't deal with this side but said he thought they may be struggling to provide a car) had one follow up, promised prices a couple of times, nothing.

Will probably end up going elsewhere.

I had to find a car pretty quick due to car failure and these guys came good over the Christmas period. My contact Sebastien Bitulu communicated very well and hunted for a deal to match my budget. Very please overall and would recommend the service for anyone either looking to replace their EV or like me step in the the EV world for the first time!

We started to make enquiries for a new vehicle around 10 days ago. We liked what we saw when it came to WeVee. From the initial email back to us and the first call. Superb service, competitive pricing and super friendly follow up from Fahim. So much so we have now started the process for another car with Fahim. We really feel this company genuinely cared about us. Excellent service and would have no hesitation in recommending WeVee.

WeVee were very efficient and informative in purchasing my Tesla Model 3 . From my initial call to the collection of the car , WeVee regularly updated myself , always answering and returning my calls with any questions I had . It was pleasure to do business with them.. in particular Sebastian was most helpful .
I highly recommend using WeVee in purchasing your electric vehicle .

"No answer to two emails"

No answer to two emails. Rang. Was told they would ring back - they did but then hung up after 1 second. Don't waste your time or energy with these guys.
