"Where’s my money?"

Sent x2 phones to fonepal back in Nov this year. Had an email to confirm they were received. Since then, I have received no communication. I have sent a number of emails and tried phoning tens of times only to hear a voicemail message stating that the person isn’t available.
I am unsure if this company is legit?

"Payment received, but service could be better"

Sold my phone back in September, however no payment had been received. I attempted to contact customer service on a number of occasions, but barely had any response after a month. Their contact number is unresponsive.

Following this review and a complaint I sent, they reached out to me highlighting all of the issues they have been facing as a company, hence the delays and lack of response.

As a gesture of goodwill, they have applied an additional £5 reimbursement along with my payment. As a result, their service was provided in the end, but could have been better.

UPDATE - payment received less than 24 hours of posting this together with apologising for the delay due to emails going to spam and offering me an extra 17.5 percent as good will gesture.

Sent my phone away, received an email saying they had received my phone on 17th October, have chased up twice to find out when I will receive payment and not even had the courtesy of a response!!

The company made contact and apologised for the delay in replying, and offered a 10% increase in the value offered.
All sorted, so no complaints regarding Fonepal

They have had my phones since the end of February, i have tried ringing them, no answer, they do not reply to any communication requests through their internet page, the page says they have received my phones but nothing else. It appears like they have just taken the phones with no chance of payment. Do not use this company, they were recommended through sell my mobile worryingly

This would appear to be a scam company sent my iPhone, received an email to say
“ Due to a site upgrade, we encountered some unforeseen delays in our communication processes. Rest assured, your mobile phone/s have been safely received, and we appreciate your prompt shipment.”

Have tried to contact with no response!!
