Overall I was happy with the service, and I kept one pair of the two pairs I’d ordered.
The return of the second pair via the local Post Office went smoothly, although initially I was left uncertain they’d received the return. However after 2 weeks or so I received the repayment.

So.. tbh - the company is fine, they did nothing wrong.
But, I bought the same shoes twice and had to return both times because they didn’t fit - huge. There was no info on “fit” (does it fit large or true to Size etc)
The delivery is expensive, nearly £6 and then you pay £2 for a return, so I ended up with no shoes and lost £16.

Since there are so many other companies that do free delivery and returns, I wouldn’t use this company again.
Not that they did anything wrong but I lost quite a bit of £ for nothing,
