I enjoyed my interaction at your Alexandria showroom and the chair was delivered extremely quickly.

Delivery was so fast, we received our product a week ahead of the estimated period. The product was packaged very securely, I just wish the packaging was more sustainable - we personally don’t like seeing polystyrene packaging or having to deal with the rogue foam balls that break off.

The quality is great, all edges have been finished/covered and the item is exactly as per the photos. We’re very happy

My order was mixed with another one so I received the wrong items. It is annoying that you have to go to the post office to post it back even if they pay for the post. Customer service was helpful and reachable. I am just annoyed with the process. I would have preferred they organize a pickup so I didn't have to go to the post office.
