The gentleman who cleans our sofa and carpets always explains step by step what is he doing and what detergents he uses and give tips how to keep it clean and to last for longer. I am absolutely astonished at how good Vip Carpet Cleaning are at cleaning carpets. Booked it with Mahdi and the following day, Martin turned up, lovely chap, explained what he was going to and spent 90 minutes making carpets and sofas that have years of pet stains embedded in them look fantastic!

VIP carpet cleaning did a fantastic job. Ali was very polite, friendly and efficient. He checked with us to see if we were happy or wanted any further cleaning in any areas after each section that he did.
