"Omegasonics is the best"

I have had very few problems with my machine which is great in the first place. But.... when I had a big thing happen these guys were all over the problem. Easily resolved, not quickly but that was the shipping service's fault and Omegasonics solved that too!!!! This is the best customer service experience I have ever had. As a matter of fact, I bought from them because friends in the business had praised the customer service. Boy do they deliver on that promise.

Just had to purchase a new tabletop cleaner. Spoke with David and bought a 7850TT. When he looked at my records I was surprised to see the last machine I purchased was from 2009. We used it to clean outboard marine parts weekly and it held up for 7 years. I would recommend their machines without hesitation.
