Coldwell Banker in Venice Florida was the best experience we have ever had. In house title and loan department was great. The Real Estate Agent was Sean Clayton. Tremendous service and he knows his market place. He will have you be very picky about the property you want. Then somehow within 3 days we were on our way to signing a contract. He found us a home that checked off our wants and wishes boxes Fast with great HONEST communication . This Agent is the very best . If we ever decide to sell we will definitely use his services again. We have sold and purchased several properties and Sean Clayton was by far the best Real Estate Agent !
