From the moment we entered the showroom and completed our initial plans with Fiona to the finish of our project we could not fault The Bathroom Company.
Fiona gave us all the time in the visits to work through what we wanted for our new shower room. Then the team of workers who stripped out and fitted the various aspects of the shower room were very professional and nothing was a problem to them. The finished job is everything we imagined and more and even the sliding door which required a different “track” before completion was never an issue. Would recommend The Bathroom Company to anybody thinking of a new bathroom or shower room.

The fitting team were all very friendly and respectful of us and our home, tidying up after themselves meticulously! The work was completed on time and to an exceptionally high standard - we couldn’t be happier with the results which turned out exactly as we’d hoped!

From start to finish the creation of our bathroom has been enjoyable, made very easy by Craig, showroom manager and by all the talented tradespeople who totally took our bathroom back to the bare bricks and created exactly what we wanted. There was no hassle. Everything was explained and clear. Three easy stages of payments. All the products were of exceptional quality. We explained what we wanted and Craig showed us options without any pressure. Like everything new there were small teething problems. These were solved within a day by Michael who coordinated the right people to solve the issues and texted us every morning to let us know who would be working that day. We took the first week off leaving the key for them and went about our day. Came back to everything tidy daily and they finished within 9 working days which was impressive. When all finished we were given a lovely gift which was a very pleasant surprise. We have a stunning bathroom and it’s all thanks to The Bathroom Company. Worth every penny. You want the best choose them. Thank you.

Can’t fault this company. We contacted them after a recommendation from friends who were delighted with their new bathroom. This is now the fourth time we have used their services. In our last house they renovated a bathroom and a shower room and in our current house they did work in our kitchen and have now just finished giving us a luxurious, modern en-suite. They called each day to tell us who will arrive and what they would be doing. They covered the floors and the bedroom furniture. The workmen were polite and arrived on time and most importantly the work was done to a high standard and the fittings and fixtures were high quality and look fabulous. We used their design service and this time I needed to add little input as they had a good grasp of what I would like from working with us in the past. They are not the cheapest but in our experience they get it right.

"£18,000 MINIMUM BEFORE THEY QUOTE"

I recently contacted The Bathroom Company regarding a potential bathroom and cloakroom installation. To my shock, I received an email stating that they will not even consider any jobs under £18,000 for a bathroom and £10,000 for a cloakroom. This was completely without any discussion of my specific requirements, budget, or needs.
It is extremely disappointing and unprofessional for a company to dismiss potential customers outright based on arbitrary price thresholds. They didn’t take the time to understand what I was looking for or provide a tailored approach, instead opting to immediately reject any project that doesn’t meet their inflated "average" costs.

This kind of practice is not only poor customer service but also an insulting way to conduct business. If a company is unwilling to listen to its clients and work with them to find a solution, it’s hard to trust that they have the customer's best interests in mind. I will not be considering The Bathroom Company for my project and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a more professional and customer-centric service.

However, I would like to clarify that the only communication I received regarding visiting the showroom was linked to specific budget thresholds for the ensuite and cloakroom. I was under the impression that unless my budget met these amounts, I would not be provided with a quote.

I feel the invitation to visit the showroom could have been clearer in terms of understanding all available options without being restricted by these particular price points. My intent was to explore various solutions, and I would welcome any further discussion about how we can proceed within my budget. Your company is very dismissive and these actions give a very poor reflection on the service provided. The emails were all about the money and not about providing a service

Shower head ordered and paid for on 5th May. Three emails later to query delivery - no response - and still no tracking info or goods. No way to request refund and no complaint procedure either. Scam.
