Pricing
We have a small infant and an elderly person who needed to return to China from USA asap. When I first started my research, I compared a number of private-jet-charter companies in the US, in Europe, as well as in Singapore and Hong Kong. Librajet’s pricing is most competitive compared to either US or Asian vendors.

Special Need & Diligence
But pricing is not everything; there are other considerations, too. When I explained to her that we have a small child and an elderly person on board, Librajet immediately paid a great deal of attention to our special requirements and did their best to tailor to our needs.

Bear in mind that during the virus outbreak, we wanted to carefully plan for our travel journey to avoid infection at every step of the way. To this end, Librajet provided valuable information.

Ms. Dora Chow, in particular, went above and beyond to answer my hundreds of questions (which, as a result of the time difference, were answered by her at her midnight). I am truly touched by her diligence and work ethics. I feel that she really cared about us.

During the flight setup, Librajet always communicates and flags up the risks in advance (such as CDC letter, which is a Chinese-government letter required in order for us to enter China on private jet).

Deposit
I should highlight while the other vendors were just pushing us for a deposit, Librajet takes a different approach. They were thinking from our angle, and they proactively came up with a solution for us to acquire the CDC letter before incurring deposit penalty with airlines. This is extremely helpful!

Booking a private jet was a lot of money for us. Of course, we wanted to put down money AFTER we have secured the government approvals. While most other companies insisted on us putting down deposit first, Ms. Dora Chow from Librajet tirelessly worked with us and helped us.

Covid-19 is a difficult time for everyone. We really appreciate the extra effort that Ms. Dora Chow and the Librajet team have tirelessly made for us!

As someone who travels internationally quite a bit, I would definitely use Librajet again! I would highly recommend them to others who are flying with family members, infants, and elderly people!

"10 of our crew member who were stranded…"

10 of our crew member who were stranded in Frankfurt have tried to take commercial airlines to fly to HK but was rejected entry due to HK not allowing non residence entry during Covid 19. We engaged into Librajet for initial enquiry on a Saturday morning and we received very quick charter solutions and pricing. Librajet also told us the related government requirement. At the time when we thought we may not be able to obtain the China Government Letter, Librajet did not leave us alone but instead went out to look for commercial airlines that are still flying this routing and send the information to us despite this means we won’t be using their charter service. I would recommend Librajet for others who are in difficult situations related to aviation!
