I needed to buy a video door entry system with monitors on each of the 5 floors of my house, so it was an expensive purchase. I was a bit wary of buying direct online rather than getting a local security firm to come in, but Tim and Phil were very helpful and guided me through the process, advising what products and systems would suit me best.

They then liaised with my electrician on his installation queries, and delivery was very fast and secure. In the end there was one part which I didn’t need and I was able to return that for a full refund, which they have now sent back to me. Really good all round.

These guys kept me updated and recommended alternatives when it was clear the original supplier would not be able to deliver. Really good follow up by the sales and management team.
