Pessimo servizio. Prenotazione presso un loro partner commerciale ma mi vengono chiesti dei soldi aggiuntivi per poter usufruire del mio pacchetto. L’ho fatto presente a loro e mi hanno riposto con molta superficialità

j'ai acheté et payé en décembre 2022 un coffret pour 2 personnes.
Lorsque les personnes à qui j'ai offert ce coffret, ont voulu l'enregistrer, ils ont constaté qu'il ne concernait qu'une seule personne.
Malgré les preuves apportées et maintes réclamations, le service client n'a toujours pas réglé le problème. Il est proposé un échange mais toujours pour une seule personne.
Smart box est une arnaque.
Leur vente est frauduleuse.

Lockers are even working while raining.24*7 service is awesome. Even software team helped me by taking system on remote to collect the parcel ,while touch screen not working.
