I thought that I was sending my son an electronic gift card for a specific store. I wanted to encourage him to go shopping for some new clothes. Instead Giftly basically gave him the money and advised him that he should spend it at store that I selected. I could have just Zelled him the cash for free instead of paying the service fee charged by Giftly.

The website made it easy to purchase and I enjoyed the different cards available and can be personalized, and the receiver of the gift loved it.

I thought i was gifting to the store itself, cause i could've did cash app n save my fee money, but In all fairness I should've completely read the how it works part of the agreement. But this website shouldn't advertise those stores having ppl think u getting gift cards to those merchants, js.
