Most stressful part of planning our wedding was getting any response or quote from them.
They cancelled our appointments with short notice before meeting even though we had taken time off work. Very unprofessional and kept throwing colleagues under the bus when things went wrong instead of taking accountability. DJ ignored our list of do play/don’t plays when the music was very important to us.
They did refund us the bannister decorations as they were completely not what we had asked for.

Working with the Big Event Group and Kellie was an absolute pleasure. We were both completely clueless about organising an event for 600+ people, but we were so well supported with advice from the team. We were kept fully in the loop about any decisions that were being made on our behalf, and even our most ridiculous requests were listened to! The set up on the day was so smooth and professional - it was just a delight to be able to trust people to help with your event and not have to be watching over them 100% of the time.

If you're organising an event, I'd highly recommend using the team - it was the best decision we made in organising ours!

We have used both Marcus & Nathan from The Big Event Group on numerous occasions and never have we been disappointed. We always get helpful advise from Kelly too. Fantastic entertains from start to finish. We are looking forward to them entertaining our guests at our daughters up & Coming wedding soon!

"Amazing Wedding Setup"

The most amazing wedding setup you could ever imagine, the guys were so attentive and went above and beyond what I was hoping for both before and during the big day. The fresh flowers and the centrepieces were just gorgeous and everyone was going on about how the room looked for weeks after. Thank you guys so much you truly made our day.

"Corporate event"

We used the Big Event group for our corporate event, we had a variety of activities throughout the evening which were very enjoyable and a big hit with the guests, we hired the casino tables, virtually reality experience and the gold cup horse racing. Everyone was extremely professional, warm and friendly to deal with and very accommodating with last minute requests.

Big event group are amazing. Noting was ever to much for them and they brought my wedding dream to life, everything was what we talked about and everything was how I pictured it. I can’t thank Debbie and her team enough. I would highly recommend.

"Amazing nothing was ever too much…"

Amazing nothing was ever too much trouble. The singing waiters were amazing highly recommended our guests loved them. The room went from a quiet seat down meal to everyone up on there feet and chairs dancing. Can’t thank Marcus and Nathan enough. Also the DJ was brilliant he kept in contact with us leading up to the day making sure we were happy with all the songs we wanted playing. We were happy to leave the playlist up to him and there wasn’t a time when the dance floor was empty. Thank you. Highly recommended

"Wedding"

we used big events for our wedding on Friday 2nd Aug. We hired chairs and a DJ. the chairs where great but it was the DJ that made our evening, Tony was amazing and so many of our guests commented on how great the DJ was. Thank You for making our day special. Mr & Mrs Bonney xx
