Transitioning from the Sage system to Sharp-ax marked a significant shift in our operations, and after two years of using Sharp-ax, we feel it's time for a review.

Similar to many other companies, we had our preferences, but other systems often fell short without the need for additional, disparate systems. In contrast, Sharp-ax provided a comprehensive solution that catered to all our requirements, and it even displayed a willingness to further develop its offerings to support our company's expansion.

Without singling out individual team members, like in any software development environment, we all have our preferred colleagues to collaborate with 😊. The system itself proves to be highly effective once you've completed the necessary customizations, a service that sets it apart from others. Currently, we are in the process of expanding globally, and this endeavor would be exceedingly challenging without the in-house team that Sharp-ax provides.

In essence, our journey with Sharp-ax has been marked by its adaptability, willingness to grow alongside us, and the indispensable support of its in-house team in our global expansion efforts.

Every morning it is a simple click on get transactions and then I can match everything I have already imported.

"Sharp-aX’ latest"

Sharp-aX’ latest release has really simplified and sped up our quote to order process. Before we could only order from a single quote, now after discussing this limitation with support we have been given the ability to select multiple quotes and consolidate it into a single order, a job that took about 10 minutes can now be achieved with a few clicks in a minute.

The Quote tracks the items that were ordered and those that were not, providing analysis of quote to sales by item and those lost sales opportunities.

As always, the more I use the system the more excited I am with what else it can do and how that helps me streamline and make the business more efficient.
