impressive service. Keybanks staff were helpful and friendly at all times. Ashley, our main point of contact at the West Derby office was very efficient and reliable organising viewings and providing prompt feedback on them to us. Once we had offers coming in she helped us navigate those. Once we had accepted an offer she gave us guidance on the exchange and completion process. Keybanks is a relatively small and local operation and Neil Dentith the manager, who did the initial valuation of the property for us, was usually available as well. We had a couple of helpful meetings with him to discuss the marketing of our property. Sophie from the Tuebrook office was also very helpful with conducting some viewings for us and providing advice.

The buyer of my property was a complete pain, changed solicitor, changed type of mortgage 3 times and made it a nightmare for me and made me ill. Turned the experience into an ordeal which lasted over 6 months.
