Ich teste gerade SendMails.io, weil ich nach einiger Zeit wieder das E-Mail-Marketing für mein Coaching-Business ausprobieren möchte. Besonders spricht mit der Lifetime Deal an. Einmal bezahlen, und dann über den eigenen Server Mails versenden. Ich hatte recht frühzeitig Probleme mit der Integration meines eigenen Servers, welcher über Microsoft 365 läuft. Zuerst habe ich mir die vielen Tutorials vom Entwickler selbst angeschaut. Als das nicht weitergeholfen hat, hat der Support sehr schnell reagiert und mir viel Hilfe zukommen lassen, wodurch ich jetzt loslegen kann, und die anderen Funktionen ausprobieren kann. Also der Support ist schon einmal sehr gut, was für mich ein wichtiges Kriterium bei der Software-Auswahl ist.
