"Great franchise company to work with…."

We have been with Accentia for a short time now and loved every minute of it ! We was unsure with how it all worked but after a simple meeting it was all sorted and signed up, After less then 4 weeks we have our first franchisee signed up and getting ready to open early 2022. We can’t recommend Accentia enough.

Perused a Franchise thru ACCENTIA. They requested a £2100 refundable holding deposit and stated if l did not continue with Franchise l would be refunded. I Opted not to continue with the Franchise. I am having to chase them for the refund of my holding deposit. This does not seem ethical or trustworthy. I want the return of my deposit. Response:
Now refund received. Patrick who i dealt with i cannot fault his conduct and helpfulness was great. it was a pleasure dealing with him but i cannot say for the accounts department
