"Impeccably Clean and Outstanding Service"

As a recent guest at Capital M Residency, I was truly impressed by the experience. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the cleanliness. The entire space was immaculately maintained, with a fresh and welcoming ambiance that made it feel like a home away from home. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and in perfect condition, leaving no room for complaints.
The location was incredibly convenient, close to everything I needed. Whether it was getting to appointments or simply exploring the area, the accessibility was seamless and added a layer of ease to my stay.
What stood out the most was the service—it was exceptional. The team was attentive, professional, and available around the clock. No matter the time, any request I had was met promptly and with genuine care. This level of service made my stay not only comfortable but also stress-free.

"Best accommodation in the best location"

Have stayed here several times and I simply cannot beat the quality of the accommodation, the location or the YourHost service. Convenient for everything, I also love the proximity and options of the great food, drinks and staff at Romo located in the building. A clear winner over all the other places I have stayed in Nairobi.

"DO NOT RENT…."

The property is nice but I would not book this place because their on site security do not provide a safe atmosphere for guests. I invited a Kenyan woman over from there she turned irrate in which I went to get the security to have her removed. They DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, I also asked them to call the police multiple times in which THEY REFUSED. In result the irate women bust the backdoor glass and they expected me to pay for it when their security could have stepped in an hour before this happened but they did absolutely nothing. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU OR YOUR VALUABLES ARE NOT SAFE WITH THEM.

"Such a disappointment- I wouldn’t recommend"

The apartment itself is great. The management of it is a big issue. They are inconsistent & don’t follow up on clients concern. I stayed there 2 times. The 1st time - the would follow up on my concerns albeit pushing them ; the 2nd time - they didn’t care and they didn’t try. There was no washing machine in the apartment & they did not even recognize the inconvenience to the client. The refund of the deposit was short on the agreed amount based on the exchange rate charged during booking; they did not clean the apartment as agreed and they did not follow up. They changed the access code to the apartment to a code that could not work. We we’re left out & they didn’t care to check if it worked unless supervised. I would have to be desperate to stay at these apartments - it was so painful dealing with Perminus ( the house keeper) and the booking agents ( Tracy & Raphael) - you can book expecting minimal service. I was deeply disappointed- I would not stay there again.

I have used the organisation for a while now. The team is very good and professional. I have always got what I needed when I needed it and the flexibility in handling my peculiar needs have made me a return customer.

Everytime I need to rent a place to stay, especially on my trips to Nairobi, they have always been able to provide me with what I need that fits my budget.

The security deposit is always refunded on time and this is different from the "non personal" touch air bnb offers. Try them, you won't regret it.

They do have a variety of options from one bedroom apartments to tents at the parks. Not even once have I had a negative experience. I highly recommend them.

"Short and Sweet stay"

Short and Sweet stay. Enjoyed ourselves. Some areas of improvement- provide basic pantry supplies eg cooking oil, basic spices etc. for those who may forget to carry some like we did! Plant fragrant plants around the home eg Rosemary, Lavender etc..helps keep flies away.

Very beautifully and comfortable accommodation. Loved how spacious it was, and only surrounded by nature. Calming environment. The caretaker and guard were very friendly and helpful.
