Great customer service! I have placed orders for over a year now - items have always been in stock and the response to confirming the order, dispatch and delivery have been excellent. I have ordered both The Ordinary and the Inkey List products, all authentic and in original packaging. The courier company have also always been professional. My recent order was placed on Friday afternoon and was at my door by Saturday lunchtime, even during the current travel restrictions etc.
