The male receptionist was rude and aggressive. He didn't explain why my car had been fixed the way it had been (a switch was reversed! It doesn't work the correct way round, I still don't know why). I asked for a new switch (plastic!! not gold plated) and I was told it was over £300 (he didn't even look it up). He even told me I was wasting his time and messing him around!!
I will never visit Plasmarl Swansea branch again!!!

The vans and car we hired were of a good standard.
The van we bought has some issues with what should have passed the MOT. If certain items fail this MOT then I shall be coming back to see you.
