"The gift hamper was delivered the next…"

The gift hamper was delivered the next day. It was beautifully packaged. The price was great. My friend absolutely loved the gift. I will certainly use this company again. Very happy customer!

Ordered on the Wednesday for Friday delivery (for Sunday 60th birthday gift)
WASN'T DELIVERED and won't be delivered until the following Tuesday at the earliest
Not much point as the birthday will have passed
Customer service VERY UNHELPFUL Just kept saying "We can't help you" Not even any compensation offered
I have been forced to spend more money at a different company on something that has been delivered
If you want your order delivered on time DON'T USE HAMPERS WITH BITE

This was my first order with this company. I ordered a hamper to be delivered the next business day. when I checked the tracking it was not delivered due to there being no safe place to leave it. It seems as if the Aust Post courier did not bother to ring the intercom. I rang the company and they promised a redilevery on the next day. That same evening the hamper was delivered. I was very impressed that they managed to arrange that, given that Aust Post do not deliver after hours as a rule. Would definitely recommend this company for excellent customer service.
