Email from you to change size which agreed too but took awhile for you to confirm you had changed sizes.

We had expected to wait for longer for the items we ordered as others advised there was a long lead time, however the order was processed quickly & we were able to collect the day after being told it was ready.
Unfortunately one of the personalised items was incorrect when we collected but the assistant resolved that straight away.
Once we got the items home, we noticed a flaw with another item. I contacted via email & received a prompt reply asking me to return the item to the store for it to be sorted.
We went in the next day, & the item was fixed while we waited.
The staff we dealt with were all professional & able to answer our queries with ease. They were also very polite & engaged with my son well.
