Very clean minibuses and the driver was very friendly and professional.we had just come back from a long flight and the team helped load our luggage very quickly allowing us to relax.

"Our return flight was delayed . . ."

Our return flight was delayed and we were busy organising our group on the next flight. We forgot to update 7plustravel from the airport. When we landed at Heathrow airport, I called in a panic, but they seemed to have everything under control. They have a good system that updates on flight delays & cancellations.
The driver was already waiting at the pickup point. A true gentleman helped us with our luggage and offered refreshments when we boarded the bus. The bus was very clean, airconditioned with reclining seats. Although, we had a stressful plane journey from Madrid, but must say 7plustravel removed all our worries as they were organised with our onwards road travel to south Wales. Thank you 7plustravel for a wonderful experience.
