"Shocking service "
Unfortunately for us - our son recently bought a car from this garage. The owner has shown a complete lack of customer care throughout. As with previous reviews on here, as soon as we noticed a fault with the car (within the first few days) the owner refused to accept any responsibility and even blocked our mobile phone numbers! This garage needs to be shut down to prevent this happening to other people. If you don't want really poor service and a complete lack of after sales care do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Tom the so called owner of this business completely falsely sold this car to me with zero professionalism. told me he would send car documents in the post, did not recieve any at all. blocked several phone numbers after trying to contact him. sold the car with a MOT done the day before purchase with no advisories but now clutch has gone and several other things in the car has broke too. completely unacceptable behaviour from Tom and business doesn’t not meet even the bare minimum trading standards. needs to be shutdown ASAP as he is doing this to other customers too going of other customers reviews. shameful childish life he has hopefully someone can stop this.

I recently bought a car from Millbury motors and was pleased with the process as I was able to negotiate what seemed a reasonable deal and so far the car has been good and was ready on time as agreed so I cant fault that part of my experience.
The car however was advertised as having a full service history which wasn't available when I viewed the car but was provided at sale, however after checking through it later there was a gap of four years so shouldn't have been described as having a full history which may have been an honest mistake but is a bit annoying as it will affect the value of the car, just be aware to check any history before buying.

Made an appointment to go and view a car drove 30 minutes to get there to be basically laughed at and told someone had put deposit down on car and it was sold no phone call to advise not to come to appointment or tell me it was sold surely any decent garage would call a customer and say am sorry don't waste your time coming the car is now sold
