"I visited these premises in December…"

I visited these premises in December 2023, gave the person details of my requirements. Was promised a visit and a price..... Still no phone calls, visits or further acknowledgement from this company.
Went to Carlisle Bathroom Company in West Tower St on 13th Jan 204 job now completed, perfect.
Why do people promise a service and then forget about you? Very annoying

My partner and I recently bought a home near Carlisle, having relocated from the south. The place was in need of renovation, especially the main bedroom and en-suite. Not knowing any local suppliers, we visited the Bathroom Shop and were very fortunate to get a 1-2-1 meeting with owner Andrew Crellen. As we explained our situation and ideas, we were very pleased to see Andrew developing a plan that was technically and design accurate (and which was subsequently the template provided to trades involved in the work). After a second discussion, we agreed to proceed, having tweaked our design choices with Andrew’s help. All the required materials were delivered as promised. Work has just about finished and we are delighted with the ongoing friendly and capable support from The Bathroom Shop.highly recommended!!
