Ordering online is always an anxiety producing situation, especially with expensive purchases. However, my fears were quickly washed away as the earrings arrived just 2 days after ordering and they are beautiful. My wife will love them! Highly recommend the Alexandrite!

I have been buying Alexandrites for almost 20 years as they are my favorite stone. However, it is so hard to find natural alexandrites of good quality. Not anymore now that I found thealexandrite.com and Leon. I originally bought a small stone as buying on the internet makes me nervous, but the stone and ring were beautiful. I then asked if I could have a custom ring made. As I recently became a widow, I wanted my "widow ring" to be my favorite stone, Alexandrite. Leon found me the most breathtaking alexandrite I have ever seen!! It was made exactly as I wanted it. As Leon knew it was my wedding anniversary, he made sure I received the ring on time. He went above and beyond and I cannot thank him enough. The customer service is unmatched. I cannot wait to buy more alexandrite in the future.

What suppose to be one of the best experiences of my life picking an engagement ring turned into 2 weeks nightmare, including being yelled at and called a liar by what I believe to be the “owner “ of this circus “company “ .a lot of wasted time and sleepless nights. Finally had to open a case on paypal against them to get my money back . Please save yourself the trouble and spend your money somewhere else .
Update : Not sure how this happened, but seems like they somehow got to delete my review here I left before , there were other bad reviews that are missing as well . I would be very suspicious if all the reviews out there are legit .

As of the “verified “ reviews about your company ….really?? Everyone can leave a review here , there isn’t a fact check . You can ask your friends to register and leave good reviews about you and here we go the glamorous company of yours . I personally was able to contact one of the victims of your business which review was also here and now magically disappeared. She also had to contact paypal for help after waiting months for her money back .If not mistaken was around $7000. My refund was short of $5000.
I also have all the email communication with you on record and how you treated me as a costumer.

Absolutely terrible terrible experience probably about the worst experience ever had from start to finish then I got the ring they say no hassle returns. I wanted to return the ring and they're giving me problems and saying that I'm trying to cheat them and send them back a different ring and this and that and that and this and give me all kind of problems worse come in the world very fake very fraudulent. They don't stand behind nothing with Advertise. It's all the front very bad experience you will regret highly they are all fake reviews. Trust me I dealt with it, and I was a fool for it.
