"Very poor & unreliable customer service!!"

Very poor customer service!!! Unreliable...
Got a quote for a Christmas gift Hoodie, did not hear from them except an email.
I had to call to follow up, eventually visited their branch and discussed the Hoodie.
Promised to receive a payment link and confirmation of the order.
Did not hear from them, I had to call again to find out that one of their machines had broken down and they can't do it.
Stay away!!!
