I was skeptical at first when I saw their website on FB since there weren't many reviews or many videos on YouTube. But they did carry the exact bag I was looking for. It was a special-order bag that requires 2 weeks to produce, so I emailed them inquiring about the time frame since I wanted this bag by Christmas. I got an emailed back within a few hours stating that they just happen to have 1 bag in stock and can ship it once payment was received. So, still nervously, I went on their website and put in my payment, but since my payment went through PayPal, I had some level of comfort. A couple of days later, I got a shipment confirmation with a tracking number and received my bag in a week! They put in a lot of thought and effort in packaging this bag. The orange box and accessories were perfect! The bag itself was BEAUTIFUL! Every detail on that bag screams QUALITY! I will definitely order from this company again. Highly recommended!
