Beautiful rug length longer than expected fur is soft and fluffy I’ve placed it on the top of my sofa it looks beautiful depth isn’t as thick as I expected but still really beautiful rug for the price.

Great customer service, got very quick response when asking about delivery time. Later than expected but I think the bad weather had something to do with that.

simple and straight forward ordering my only concern is with coureurs used and their lack of care for patrons purchases. my delivery was in the process of being left on the door step before i caught the driver jumping into his van - with my boxed left on the door step - all too common these days :(
